Doesn't properly disable client mod Ryoamiclights #11

When modpack is used on server, Mods Optimizer doesn't correctly disable the client side Ryoamiclights mod which is a client mod for dynamic lighting.

Forge: 47.2.17 MC: 1.20.1

Sorry to hear! I hope you feel better soon! Am I able to add mods to the list in the interim?
