Provide Spray diagram wizard

Beside the project wizard in issue 
http://code.google.com/a/eclipselabs.org/p/spray/issues/detail?id=21 there 
should be also a diagram wizard that allows to choose, if the domain model 
should be contained in the diagram file or should be separated stored in an 
extra file. Furthermore the wizard should enable to choose an existing domain 
model file to create a diagram file fore. 
Further improvements would be to support choosing different diagram types 
operating as different views on the same domain model, but maybe this should be 
tracked in an extra issue report.
