feat: add support django 3.2, removing unsupported python 3.5 #22

Hi @MarkusH ,

Sounds tests are passing on all released versions of Django.

I'm unsure what is failing in main branch from Django now, but because it isn't released I wouldn't investigate now until there is a new release of Django.

Thanks again for this project and I would appreciate you merging these changes, as I will also have another PR with the upgrade of jQuery and leaflet itself.
