Description:
Searing totem attacks hostile mobs that are not in combat.
Current behaviour:
Searing totem will attack aggressive mobs that are in range, but not currently in combat with the shaman. Does not happen with passive mobs.
Expected behaviour:
Searing totem should only attack units that are actively in combat.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
Place a searing totem in attack range, but outside of aggro range of a hostile mob.
