Description: When mining gold ore veins (orange name) it does not grant skill points in mining
Current behaviour: Mining Orange named ore such as Gold specifically, does not grant skill point.
Expected behavior: Mining any ore with an orange text is guaranteed to give a skill point. each gold ore mine should give a skill point.
Steps to reproduce the problem: get to mining skill 155, mine gold ore and try to get a skill point
