Towns are to be defended by a force that spawns when a player comes within a certain distance of that town. Done by clients checking every second? whether they are within activation range of a town. IF in range, the client sends a message to the server and the server validates the encounter and activates the town defense.
The size/strength/faction of this force is dictated by the supply value of the town.
For independents, towns <50 supply are to be defended by FIA. Towns greater than 50 will be defended by Greenbacks.
Town Capturing operates by if number of players + friendly AI > enemies then the supply value will tick down 1 per second to a minimum of 1/8th of the whole supply value until all enemies have been removed from the zone.
Infantry to spawn within buildings
Vehicles to spawn both inside the town and the surrounding areas
Vehicles to patrol around the perimeter of the town
Foot patrols to move through the town in an X shape
