A couple of bugs:

bounding_box should be city_boundary
In order to create the map with only the outline and the red dots I had to add ( which is odd because I did not need in a windows system) city.set_crs(epsg=3857, inplace=True)
to get the scatter plot I had to delete edgecolor= ' ',

Hi Markus! Could I ask you if you know how to georeference as a tif raster the KDE to show back in QGIS for example?
