Determine size of circle? Expand circle when subcomponents introduced?

Should circle size expand when we introduce new expanded grouping of package? - If so, how do we determine the size? (Based of of amount of nodes as currently?) Determine size of grouping (expanded package), how big should they be? Scale with amount of subComponents?
