User Story

As a user, I should be able to view all my bills

From the Profile Dashboard page When the user clicks on View Bills They will be taken to a page with all the user's current bills printed to DOM as cards.
Each Bill Card will show the following information displayed:

• Date of Bill
• Bill amount
• Provider Name (name of the billing provider)

Each bill will have an edit bill button and a delete bill button.
