User Story

As a user, I should be able to edit a bill.

From the View Bills Page When a user clicks the edit bill button They will be taken to a form with inputs for all the available fields for this particular bill.

Dev Notes

Input fields that can be edited are:

• Provider Name
• Bill Date
• Bill Amount
• Account Number/Medical Billing Number
• Name on account
• The lowest monthly amount provider will accept as payment
• Provider Contact Phone number

At the bottom of the form will be an update button that when clicked will save the edited information.
