3ds Max import - wrong position WMO and ADT #13

Hey. Just found your wow exporter yesterday and its awesome.

I exported all Warsong Gulch tiles and imported to 3ds max 2018 as OBJ, but wmo and adt are not placed correctly.

To correctly place all WMOs and M2s there needs to be a plugin for 3DS Max. Right now there's only plugins for Blender and Cinema 4D and even those are unstable at times. Still working on a better solution for this, sorry.

I am familiar with other tools, yes. Some of these should work much better than mine, the difference generally is that I target the latest version of WoW.

Most of those scripts needs the extracted WOW data, this where your tool come in handy, with Legion support, map baking etc.

I have been using Machinima Studio but working with map texture and alpha maps was nightmare to get any good results, also it only support MOP.

But yea, i will extract the maps, merge using Batch ADT Importer v2.7 and post some renders.

So I think I use a pretty similar method to what Machinima Studio does. They might be compatible (CSV stuff).

hello which importer you use for the 3d max, to export the adt and the wmo, since with the batch adt import v2.7 it does not work for me only error, I do not know if it is for my pc. thank you very much for your attention.

i know there is "bug" with batch adt max script, you need to edit:

ADTBatchMerge v2.7.ms to go line 320 and change C:\Importlog.txt to something else:

D:\Importlog.txt C:\Users\User\Documents\Importlog.txt
