*_ModelPlacementInformation.csv is not exported for Blender plug-in? #80

Not sure if this is an over-sight on my part, but attempting to import things that have doodads currently throws an error due to the *_ModelPlacementInformation.csv file not existing.

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'D:\\world\\maps\\kalimdor\\kalimdor_41_36_ModelPlacementInformation.csv' location: <unknown location>:-1

Does not appear to occur in latest build. Must have been an out-dated build.
