Thanks for the clue. Some wmo parts in Halls of Reflection in 3.3.5 have the exact same bug as your first screenshot. Apparently it's the same issue

Interesting. Thought this was a WoD only issue.

Well, it seems it's not. WORLD\WMO\DUNGEON\ICECROWN_DUNGEON\ICECROWN_HALLS_OF_REFLECTION_000.wmo has mogp.Flags = 2199912461 and two both MOCV and MOTV And WORLD\WMO\DUNGEON\ICECROWN_DUNGEON\ICECROWN_HALLS_OF_REFLECTION_005.wmo has mogp.Flags=50342405 and two both MOCV and MOTV As a result these two glitches appear
