Added a configuration set for Ender-5 printers with the upgraded V4.2.7 mainboard with attached BLTouch probe. This configuration did not previously exist so I assembled it from the existing configuration, incorporating the requirements for BLTouch found via comments on the internet. I've built the firmware based on this configuration and am running it successfully on my printer. Including this configuration could save others a few hours of time.
One possible TODO:
by default, this configuration does not allow the Z position to go negative, which makes finding the Z-offset of the probe slightly more difficult. You must send the g-code to unlock the soft stop. There is a likely a configuration setting that would allow for the negative range without sending the unlock g-code.
