Add support for stock CR-10S with BLTouch

Description

This PR aims to provide support for Creality CR-10S printer with BLTouch mod only.

This was adapted from config/examples/Creality/CR-10S/CrealityV1.

I compiled this change against Marlin's origin/bugfix-2.1.x (sha 9e879a5b1f801e7572e7948be38a6dad16ad35d8)

I however did test these changes against 2.1.2.2 stable version on my printer and performed bed levelling as well as a test print. Furthermore, I also printed with Polycarbonate material which require higher temperatures (260C).

Benefits

With this change, people installing BLTouch and clones can fully use the printer with the latest Marlin firmware.

The original Marlin 1.1.6 firmware provided by Creality does not support arc instructions.
