While reviewing https://github.com/MarlinFirmware/Marlin/pull/26539, I discovered that this readme needed a few fixes.

Standardize README so it will show when you open the "Custom Bootscreens" folder online.
Fix broken GitHub "Note" markdown
Fix typos
