[BUG] Power Loss Resume powers also not active extruders extruders at 180 C #24123

Did you test the latest bugfix-2.0.x code?

Yes, and the problem still exists.

Bug Description

Power Loss Resume powers also not active extruders extruders at 180 C. In my case I have a kraken extruder with only default Extruder active when doing a monocolour print. The Extruders 2,3 and 4 are cold and inactive before power loss. They are used in multicolour printing and are active one at a time, never all together to avoid oozing. On Power Resume the firmware improperly activates at 180 C celsius the extruders that were inactive before the power loss and continues correctly the print but the kraken powered extruders stain the print on resume and there is no solution to power off them.

Expected behavior
