Gen 7 - Brownout - just with Marlin #359

I run a few Gen 7 boards in my botfarm: 1.4.1 and 1.5s I run Marlin on one Sanguinololu, but the Gen 7s thus far has been running Teacup and Repetier firmware

If I take one of the existing Gen 7s (i.e. known working) and flash Marlin to it, upon connecting in Pronterface it keeps resetting with Brown Out

Set BOD to 2.7v - no difference. Even set BOD to 1.8v - still resets!

Obviously not a PSU or other hardware issue, as the same PCB with Repetier works perfectly
