Exactly which version of Marlin are you using - RC8 or RCBugFix?
I did a quick compare of your config file and the latest one (from RCBugFix) and there's a huge number of differences. It doesn't seem to match recent Marlin files or the one in the Pegasus 12 package I downloaded. Does it contain your machine specific info?
Please provide the following. Put the files in a ZIP and attach it to your reply.
The reason I want to see both Marlin & Pegasus config files is I want to be sure the machine specific info is copied over.
Which Arduino IDE are you using? I recommend 1.6.12, 1.6.13 or 1.8.1.
Please go back and edit your original post & delete the config file. It makes it hard to find the meat.
I did basically the same thing with the printer I built, so a couple of things:
With the Ramps oriented on its side such that the RESET button is on the bottom edge - Servo: have you put a jumper on the 5V and VCC pins to the left of the RESET button to enable the servo pins? Relay: I wound up having to use PIN D40 on the AUX 2 for my bed relay signal line - It's the middle pin on the top row - the row farthest from the edge of the board. I also used the + and GND pins on the left side of the pin array there for the relay power inputs. M42 P40 S255 turns the relay on, M42 P40 S0 turns it off in my start / end g-codes.
Thank you for the reply. I'll give this a shot. I did notice late last night that the servo pins did not have power, The jumper makes sense for this.Is there a reason the D8 had to be swapped for D40? I can find that pin assignment in the code and make the change in software and hardware. I'll play with it in a little bit.Thank you in advance for your help.Dan

The relay I used was one of those cheapie little blue 5V jobs, which is handling the 8 Amps peak pretty good, so I needed the 5V off the Arduino instead of the 12 V off the main heater power.

So I recently built a Pegasus 12 by Makerfarm and decided to install Auto Bed Leveling using a micro switch and servo. I downloaded the current version of Marlin and have been editing ever since. However I having issues with:
1) Cannot get the servo to retract or extend through software or various G code seen online. -Servo is attached to Servo0 (presumably Pin 11) in bank above reset button 2) I have not been able to get the Heat Bed Relay to activate with (manufacturer) supplied code or new compile of Marlin,
Configuration.h attached here. I've been going through it for two days and cannot find anything. Any help would be appreciated.
