Why is Y min showing triggered when the Y switch is not pressed ?
send M119 while no endstops are pressed, should all show as open then hold each endstop 1 at a time and re send M119, check that it shows triggered for that endstop.
i just checked the logic of end stops and this is what i got hold none and then hold each one down.
