This PR will be reverted.

G-codes over 1000 are not to be documented, as they are not for end-users and are subject to change. We also do not want to add UBL Mesh Wizard as a G-code, so we can stop here.

Should M1000, M1001, and M7219 be removed for consistency? I can put in a PR.
