Preprocessing pipeline #18

Important issue for Sprint 2: Finish all preprocessing. This includes #12 but we also miss some functionality like resampling.

Basic resampling done. Some refinements will be necessary (e.g. #13 ) for preprocessing, but the initial pipeline works.
