Revise the `Privacy Policy` page

• [ ] Verify that content is still correct, given v2.0.0 implementation of company website.
• [ ] Verify formatting at different screen sizes, especially horizontal spacing of h1.
• [ ] The policy should be simple and easy to read.
• [ ] The policy should provide a comprehensive statement of extent of data. Since we do not collect much data, it is good to point that out.
• [ ] The policy should have a clear discussion of collection methods.
