When I want to add a highlight or underline some text, Ebookdroid pops up a
full colour palette for me to choose, by tapping on a selected area.
This creates a problem, though:
- I want to use exactly the same colour for a given purpose, e.g. a green one
to indicate a general theme, a blue one for particular cases and red for
specific important notes.
The way the colours are chosen, however, does not allow for a consistent use of
the same colours for the distinct purposes.
I may choose blue tone, and then if I want to underline with red, and change
the colour, I have no way of getting back the exact blue colour I chose before.
MY SUGGESTION:
Make a set of predefined colours available for users to choose from (black,
red, blue, green, yellow, orange, purple) so that the same can be used
consistently throughout a document.
You can still include the option for users to choose another colour, but make a
basic set of colours standard.
