Outlines Problem in PDF #832

   Hi Andrie. The PDF that I sent to you by uploading it into Google drive, "Adam's Principles of Neurology" & I informed you that it's outlines have problem & you replay me that it work well in 2.1.10 version & asked me to wait this version for fix, this file still has the same problem in it's outline without any fix. When I select one & click on "Done" I white page will appear & remain white till I try to scrol it slightly (still in same page) the other far page appear to me!!

   Also application now is slower: I use 7 page in memory. It was fine. When I jump from page to next no problem. Now new page appear blured for seconds before becoming clear.

   No improvements in selection tools or smaller thickness of underline till now!!

We updated decoding engine to mupdf 1.5
We will try to understand why it becomes slower.

Just my opinion but 7 pages in memory is way too much for reading, especially 
if you often jumps from place to place in file. At each jump program has to 
decode new 7 pages.

I am using 3 pages on nexus 10 and I think is is enough for most cases.

Right now I can not understand what is wrong with your file. We will try to 
investigate this issue.

As you can read in change log no improvements in selection tools were made. Is 
is future tasks.
