@empireij i think this issue is not for support issues, but to suggest a FAQ for the tool.

@Marocco2 A few suggestions:

• On short, how does this tool works?
• Why can this void my warranty on the phone?
• Is the procedure reversible?
• What models are supported?
• My phone is not being detected by the tool. What should I do?
• Does this inject anything in my phone?
• Will this ever work for WP 8.1? Is support for it planned?
