Change moving platforms to move around a certain point (more general moving platforms)

Unlikely that there's even a point in trying to get to this before the deadline, as the Main Scene should be fully built before the more high priority issues are fixed. Marking wontfix for now, but I'd like your input @mprysia , because we might consider just closing this.
