This pull request primarily updates the versioning of Marquez and includes several enhancements, fixes, and dependency updates. Below are the most important changes:

• Updated Marquez version to 0.51.0-SNAPSHOT in .circleci/api-load-test.sh.
• Updated Marquez version to 0.50.0 in .circleci/db-migration.sh and .env.example [1] [2].

• Updated CHANGELOG.md to reflect the changes in version 0.50.0 and added new features, fixes, and enhancements.
• Updated README.md to include version 0.50.0 as the recommended version for OpenLineage compatibility.

• Updated OpenSearch client dependencies to newer versions in api/build.gradle.

New Features:

• Added a new main application class MarquezApp.java with extensive setup for metrics, Sentry integration, and database management.
