Added translation for the language german. #23

There is maybe one bug. When you have already a world created, the directories with the articles are in english, if you switch to german the directories will be german and you can't find your old world. Maybe the directories must always named in english.

Indeed! I was able to reproduce that bug, and have since made the directories English-only in e121a5bca274c724f86a9e31c079fc5d03a7b8fe . Thanks for pointing this out.
