Translation added for changelog and typofixes in string.xml #39

The changelog has been translated to german. (Issue #38 ) I've also fixes some typos in the language file. The german word for "Items" will may overflow on some smaller Devices, because the word is to long.

I've also translated the Google Play informations of issue #37

To get around that, I'll see if I can get the bottom bar labels to auto-scroll, similar to how the App Bar title scrolls when Article and World names are too long.
