1.8.0 - Update Target SDK for Google Play requirement #72

Hi @tostc, I know it's been 2 years since the last update, but can I ask for your help in translating the changelog to German for this new release? It's a maintenance update, so there's just 1 entry that needs to be translated :slightly_smiling_face: Just like in the past, feel free to post a comment if that's more convenient.
