Apply de-emphasis filtering #270

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 8 years ago

XLD generates pre-emphasis flags, but playback software and portable audio
players usually can't apply any de-emphasis filtering. Therefore XLD needs an
option to apply de-emphasis.

Or at least some way to notify the user about pre-emphasis flags in the main
window, so he can do something about it.
I usually don't bother saving cue files, so I have to rip CDs for a second time
when I suspect pre-emphasis, which is quite annoying.

XLD should definitely at least display an indication if the CD currently open
is pre-emphasized (has the tags). It's uncommon, but quite frustrating if one
unwittingly happens across a CD that has pre-emphasis.
