Middleman 4 upgrade #20

Yeah the Upgrade Guide was meant to be internal, you can remove it safely and post it on Basecamp :)

Let's see if @xredo and @javierartero confirm and we can merge and deploy

I have tried different versions of ruby:

2.2.2 error with livereload

2.3.1 and 2.4.0: gives me the error of compass is not serious but it is quite ugly, the solution is to touch the gem directly since compass is no longer supported.
