CH552 with BootLoader version 2.40 is not supported #11

I have a brandnew CH552 with btver 2.40 which cannot be flashed using the script.

Hi. We found there is no change on the protocol, so we just add the v2.40 to the BTVER checker. Fixed in fc645a1
