General response/Time delay radio button update #29

If there is a different number in the database, having the default set to 20 will be inaccurate when the app is restarted

Essentially we need to pull from the db what is stored in these 3 fields and update the activities

Make the generalResponse hint the last entry in the database, and have the activity be updated. This issue also affects the toggle switch for off/on
