Auto turn off responding after time limit #78

Have it turn itself off after a preset time limit (unless driving) so user does not leave the app on by mistake

Maybe have when app is turned on, it brings up a time set activity? And this would also be accessible from settings? Start in the settings and add feature to the Main activity switch later

This now works but some future problems can be forseen: -The "Auto Response" switch on the main screen may not be updated if the user is on it -It is active until the next message since its in the EH, need to have this run in the background and not depend on a text
