rune per game divisor wrong #1

a) 26 games and 7 runes gave me 2 runes per game

b) This stat also needs a review. 0.27 rpg is silly and we already give "a minmu single rune on 3 occasions". Maybe use that to produce "at least one rune every x games, and 3 runes every xyz games. maybe give 9 and 15 counts too.

Changed for 3 counts. Can use same model for 9 and 15 counts.
