Fix Requesting and Discarding outgoing call #183

call_access_hash was never assigned a value. This caused DiscardCall to fail as call_access_hash is none. Now call_access_hash is assigned the call access hash after RequestCall. This allows the user to start and discard an outgoing call

Do you just want to make a call? If so you can check out the my repo

thanks @joel122002 but certainly I want to update the pyrogram version in my project that's is the reason i want to use this project because pytgvoip is not compatible anymore I guess I'm losing something to make runable the code in test file. It's a pity this great library don't include the private call feature out of the box. Rigth now, the request and accept call works but the start_call in the native_instance seems doesn't work.
