Feature Request: Settings window redesign

The current settings window holds many toggles and switches but is, I find, quite difficult to parse and navigate through. I propose in this issue an alternate design, merging the "General", "Mini Player", "Last FM" and "Listenbrainz" tabs into one, while leaving the others as is (at least for now).

I have noticed I have forgotten the language settings from the mockup - it could go either at the top or the bottom, depending on how much users change this setting.

I would try to implement this but my experience with React is quite limited.

A little more polish and this could definitely work. Really makes things easy to spot, not to mention we could use this opportunity to remove some outdated and unused settings toggles.
