Full screen YT Music videos are choppy/low frame

OS: Windows 10 pro fully updated

GPMDP Version: 4.6.0

Issue Descriptions: Full screen video playback for YT Music is choppy or feels as if the frame rate is lower. Checked with the same video in Chrome on youtube and works fine. This seems to occur either in full screen or when the app window is full screen window or simply stretched much larger. Running on a 4k monitor. PC is more than capable.

Steps to Reproduce: Full screen a music video or stretch video to increase size. Larger size and the issue gets worse.

Same issue on my platform... behaviour exactly as described. Running 4.6.1 on Debian Stretch
