Pressing and holding forward media key freezes program #3263

OS: Win10

GPMDP Version: 4.6.0

Issue Descriptions: Pressing and holding forward media key freezes program and stops music

Steps to Reproduce: Press and hold the hardware forward media key. After 2-3 seconds, the application freezes. Happens both in the background and the foreground.

Both the previous key and the play/pause key will not crash the program, however.

I have read issues #3239, #2364, and #2253, and have been experiencing these issues too. This may be related.

I'd have to imagine spamming inputs isn't necessarily standard use case scenario, however whats the expected behavior here?

I had originally expected some sort of fast forward feature, but realize that would be unrealistic, seeing as it is not in the Windows 10 System Media Service.

On further testing, however, this issue only occurs when the setting for the W10 SMS is enabled. I think that this is another small symptom of a possible greater problem with the W10 SMS.

Thank you so much for the awesome app though! I really enjoy having this!
