Unable to attach debug zip: "Something went really wrong, and we can't process that file."

OS: Linux | Ubuntu 19.04

GPMDP Version: 4.6.1

Issue Descriptions: Experimental Voice Commands not reacting to voice.

Steps to Reproduce: Ensure microphone is enabled and noting VU response in audio settings. Opening a new session of GPMDP. Repeating voice commands.

While similar to Issue #2996 | #2821 | #2408 | #1109 this is for a different OS. I also understand this is experimental; however, I simply wanted to report this as an issue so it is known that it's occurring on another OS as well.

P.S. Love the app and I thank all involved for developing and maintaining it. In a controlled experiment, I've noted a 5% decrease in RAM usage compared to a Chromium window playing the same song.

I would honestly consider this an easter-egg versus a feature. I've never had any luck getting them to work, and I've used this since inception. Some people have reported them to work, but there has always been varying success.
