Disliked Tracks stopped skipping #3750

OS: Windows 10 17763, 64 bit

GPMDP Version: 4.6.1 and the latest artifact 1.0.2858 from appveyor

Issue Descriptions: Disliked tracks stopped automatically skipping in playlists, albums and radio stations. It worked fine, but started around a month ago. It still skips track right after you press the dislike button, but it plays again later in your playlist.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Check "Automatically skip disliked songs" in settings window
  2. Dislike the first song of your playlist.
  3. Run the playlist again from the start.
  4. You can still hear this song, instead of automatically skipping it.

It was a super useful feature for me, hope it would get fixed. Or please help if I'm doing something wrong.
