GPMDP shows the wrong language when YTM is enabled

OS: Ubuntu 19.10 GPMDP Version: 4.7.1 Issue Descriptions: The language reverts to Norwegian even though I've set English in my Google account and on the login screen on the application (this also reverts back to Norwegian if I relog). There is a similar closed issue here, but that's about GPM and GPM works fine for me.

When I log in using GPMDP, I can select which "sub account" to use, and the dialog is placed on top of the Youtube UI, and I can clearly see a language dropdown button and Norwegian is selected, but I can't actually click on it, as shown here:

I can describe it a bit more. My Settings explicitly says to use English language. But when i'm on YTM, main window get's UI based on Country IP.

Checked on VPN in different countries.
