Uploaded music not refreshing until you restart #3821

OS: Windows 10 latest build

GPMDP Version: 4.7.1, but been an Issue since I can remember

Issue Descriptions:

If you start the music player and then use Music Manager to upload new Music to Play Music it won't show up in your Library until you restart the app.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Start the app, wait for it to fully load.
  2. Add stuff to your Music Library via Music Manager and verify via Android or the Website that it uploaded correctly.
  3. Switch to Desktop Player, click on "Home" and it's not listed under "Recently played or added". F5 or anything wont work. If you go to "Music library" then "Last added" in the Playlist section it also won't show up.
  4. The only option is to fully quit the player and restart it, afterwards it will show up.
