API Album Art with YTM #3851

OS: Windows 10

GPMDP Version: 4.7.1

Issue Descriptions: Using YTM breaks GPMDPPlugin for rainmeter showing the correct album art. I presume it should be using the same API so I'm not sure what is not working.

Steps to Reproduce: Grab a GPMDPPlugin enabled Rainmeter skin with album art, attempt to play a song.
