Use the latest Vue devtools extension #237

The old beta devtools lead to potential errors in the electron app, when the vue devtools are open. These problems are solved with the new extension version.

A little site note: I tested the new vue devtools extension with updated dependencies since some dependencies are pretty outdated

since there is already a PR for updating the id this one is no longer needed
