据说华为有自己的进程冻结技术，QQ、微信、支付宝等都是通过加入白名单存活的。

这些本来就是不允许的，厂商也对系统定制了，所以只能说支持大部分，不能是全部。

HUAWEI 官方修改了系统底层，所以不可以。
