Windows detects malware when attempting to install v1.4.3 #190

Windows 11 (current version 6/2023) won't allow the download to finish. States download is infected.

Tried it on Windows Server 2022 and Windows 11. Same result both places.

This is certainly not a bug in Syncthing Tray. I'm closing this issue as it is a duplicate of https://github.com/Martchus/syncthingtray/issues/189. There's not much I can do from my side.
