syncthingtray-1.4.3-x86_64-w64-mingw32.exe.zip flagged by multiple antivirus #191

I downloaded syncthingtray-1.4.3-x86_64-w64-mingw32.exe.zip from Github and was blocked by Windows Defender from opening it as it detected "Trojan:AndroidOS/Multiverze".
